List of Programs Conducted By CEBRON-NEPAL

Though CEBRON's major focuss is to work in the favour of needy and helpless children, but till now for the social awareness & contributation we have utilized our experience & accomplished these followings programmes.

Ms. Usha Bhandari, committee member, conducted various training programme in Kathmandu, Kavre, Sunsari, Dhankuta and Tehrathum districts in different dates to prepare jam, juice, candle, pickle, nepali purse, nepali paper bag and Tikain coordination with home based workers Union.
15 goats were distributed to 15 poor families for the income generation in Ugratara VDC, Kavre and Prakashpur VDC , Sunsari in Jan 2008.
Complete course books and stationary for one year distributed to 10 poor students in Ugratara VDC Kavre in June 2008.
52 tooth brush, tooth paste and soap distributed to two helpless children home in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu in June 2008.
Conducted one day talk program in Seven Tharu Communities (where extreme women dominated Custom exists) on women right issue in July 2008.
One day eye Camp, a joint program with Hemsada yoga Ashram held in February 2008 and 143 patients benefited form the Camp.
With the representation of Vice Chairman Mr. Deependra Thapa along with the local volunteer Members participated to construct earthen road and to construct community building (to conduct different basic training programs for community development). Supporting man-power contribution, technical support, fund raising program in Ugaratara VDC, Kavre.
To support the flood victim people in Kanchanpur district, collected clothes from the capital city Kathmandu, USA and Japan & distributed .
Held one day talk program in 5 places in Tharu areas in Sunsari district. On gender discrimination issue and against the torture of the women in the name of witchcraft in March 2008.
Held one day talk program and social mobilization program in different seven places (5 places in Kathmandu and 2 places in Dharan) on Domestic workers rights issue in March 2008.
Participated in two week long women empowerment program organized by Kavre district development Committee, women empowerment wing in November, 2008.
Clothes, Collected from USA and Japan distributed to the two old aged homes in Kathmandu in Augest 2008
