CEBRON'S financial source stands on membership fees, volunteers program fees & individuals donations (individuals may support materially, sponsoring the orphans, poor children or you may provide in cash form). Now our focus is to support the helpless children home (HCH) to meet their basic requirements as it is running poorly now. Fund developing to purchase land and to build own HCH building is on going program. 

CEBRON-NEPAL VOLUNTEER PROGRAM FEES:

The above fees goes for following expenses:

1. Transportation to and from kathamandu airport
2. Langunge and cultural information classes, few kathamandu sight seen.
3. Yoga Ashram fees for Yoga and meditation course.
4. Transportation to and from the kathamandu to village placement.
5. Accomodation and main meals during training period and placement.
6. CEBRON'S STAFF visit to placement.
7. Staff skill development training.
8. Administration and Goverment tax.
9. DONATIONS to support local clubs and schools in the host villages.
10. Helpless children home (HCH) support
11. Contribution for fundraising program for HCH BUILDING and land.
12. Tution fee and stationary support for poor students in the placement area.
13. For visa renewal if your volunteering program is longer then two months.
    
    

YOUR EXPENSES (Financial responsibilities):

• flight ticket fair
• visa fees 40USD for the first two months, to be paid at the airport on arrival.
• visa fees 40USD per month there after.
• departure tax Nepalese rupees 1800
• Extra activities cost depends upon you

Cash payment can be made in euro, US dollars or nepali Rupees through western union transfers or in Kathmandu office before the programme.

We understand that by accepting our terms and conditions on the website or signing the CEBRON-NEPAL application form, you agree to be bound by its terms. Volunteer Age:

Volunteer must be over 18 years old.

Accommodation:

Your placement will be in the village, so, the facilities available there in accordance with local standard, such as bathroom & toilets facilities will be share and the sleeping arrangement maybe private or shared with the same sex.

Food

During the training and placement at least two meals light breakfast provided & that will be in accordance of the local standard. If you want to add extra food items, you can do so on your own. CEBRON NEPAL is responsible for food & accommodation for the period agreed for your training & placement. If you want to extend your time after the placement & go for extra activities like: trekking, rafting, bunji jumping or travelling, the expenses will be yours. 

Receive at the Airport:

You will be received at the airport by one of the member of CEBRON & take you to the guest house in Kathmadu city. We will definitely reach at the airport as per the given time except some unavoidable circumstances. you will find a CEBRON person outside of the terminal, holding a name plate.

Program date:

Your program date will be fixed immediately after receiving your arrival flight details or prior to the training in Kathmadu. In any case & with the agreement of CEBRON, you may leave your placement early but refund will not granted.

Travel

The responsibility will be yours for or arranging & paying for your own travel & for your return journey at the end of your placement. We are unable to reimburse or otherwise be responsible for any flight travel or other costs or expenses of any nature. We will not plan a program until you have sent us yours flight details.

Placement problem solving

We advise you, please try to sort out the problems in the placement, If arised. But you may take help of CEBRON coordinator for any kind of problem when your are in need. But remember that usually the coordinator will be available in a fixed time only & will be able to provide limited service only. Notice that Nepali village people pay high respect to the foreigners & wish to help at any time. But we advise you to take high level of initiative & flexibility in dealing with problems yourself if they arise. Kindly consider that we don't have direct control over the placement. So, please use all common sense for your safe stay. We advise you to behave appropriately in accordance with locally accepted behavior and custom during your placement. Like in wearing women shouldn't expose the body much. You must agree with any reasonable request by your placement co-coordinator. We advise you to take care for any materials provided for your use by your placement; you are responsible for any damage or loss you cause to such materials directly or through neglect in your accommodation.

Cancellation and Refund:

Once you start your placement work CEBRON NEPAL doesn't refund program fees. However, in the case of unavoidable situation like: serious illness, of family Bereavement CEBRON NEPAL consider than a refund of 50% of the host family costs, if the volunteer is registered for  4 weeks program or more. But if the case is just after the training your placement cost will be refunded.

Travel Insurance:

There is no insurance covered in your program fees. So you should get your own travel medical insurance to protect yourself incase of illness or lost or damaged property.

Expenses:

During your placement, you will be responsible for any extra expenses, such as, visiting some place, telephone calls, e-mail enjoying some foods and drinks in the local market etc.
